For continuous heat loads up to 150°C, EP or steel cord belts with heat-resistant synthetic rubber covers are typically used, while temporary spikes up to 250°C require specialized compound formulations.
EP fabric features low elongation, making it suitable for long-distance conveyor runs where tracking stability is critical. NN fabric offers higher elasticity and impact resistance, which helps absorb shock loads at transfer points.
